I had a great experience working with Dave and Steve. They were nothing but reliable and made the entire home buying process as simple as can be for a first time buyer! Any question I had was answered quickly and both were super knowledgable. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the process, and sat down with me to make sure I had a good understanding where all these numbers were coming from. I couldn't recommend them enough!
Ms.Swarna was very patient and understanding throughout the whole loan process. We had a lot of questions and concerns since it was our first home buying process, she patiently explained clearly what all is needed and why. We are very grateful for all her help. If you are trying for a home she will be the perfect person to go to.

Ryan Domingo and Max Le helped me with my loan refinance. They are very kind and patient with me and made the whole process much easier. Other lenders do not pick up the phone once you start the process but these guys always pick up and help me. I really appreciate them for all their help. I recommend Max Le for (adjuster) and Ryan Domingo (loan officer).
I recently completed a refinance and had an excellent experience working with Bi and Nami. Bi, the loan officer, was consistently available to answer every question with clarity and patience. Nami, the processor, provided timely follow-ups and kept the entire process moving smoothly with her quick turnaround. I used Dustin for a jumbo loan. Being self-employed and getting large loans can make things complex, but Dustin diligently navigated the process! He’s great!!
It had been a while since we went through loan process. Thuan and his team did a great job from start to finish. Had a few bumps along the way with todays lending requirements, self employed and our home state of California in particular. Closed escrow last week and moving in! Highly recommend Loan Factory.

I started a DSCR loan with another company. The night before closing when I asked for the ALTA, it came back well short of what had been discussed for TWO Months. No explanation, no calls, nothing. Just a this is all we can do. My title company recommended Chad at the Loan Factory. They were able to get my entire package done with my original terms within 45 days. Much better service! Very happy and will use them again.
Last month, we successfully closed two DSCR loans on our fourplex and duplex properties. Natalie, Luke, and the entire team worked incredibly hard to help bring these great deals to life. We truly appreciate all their effort and highly recommend the team!

This was my first time buying a house and I had the pleasure of working with Aziz and Wade at Loan Factory. These two are true professionals. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Courteous and patient. I was sending questions via text to them at 7 and 8 pm and they would still respond. Even on weekends. They made the entire process easy and relatively painless.
