Straight answers
If your file isn’t ready, I tell you what to do and how long it takes, instead of making promises and leaving you waiting.
Every fee in writing
You get a Loan Estimate that lists every fee. I go through it with you line by line, in Vietnamese or English.
I’ll say “not yet” when I need to
If a refinance won’t break even or buying now would drain your reserves, I’ll tell you, even when that means you don’t take a loan yet.
